   • Progress indicators and interactions with features like file previews (for files up to 100 MB).

3. Reverse Share Information:

   • Data related to unique URLs generated for external users to create shares, if you use the reverse share feature.

• Enforce custom expiration dates (up to 5 years, defaulting to 1 day), download limits, and password protection as specified by you.

• Files and associated links are retained based on the expiration date you set (default is 1 day, maximum is 5 years). Once expired, files and links are automatically deleted from our servers.
• If no expiration date is set, files are removed after 1 day.
• Optional registration data is retained as long as your account remains active or as needed to comply with legal obligations.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

• Offering password protection and visitor limits for shared files.
• Secure file transfer protocols to safeguard your uploads and downloads.
• Limiting file previews to popular formats (e.g., videos, images, text, documents) and files up to 100 MB.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

You have control over how you use DropMB.com:

• Set custom expiration dates, download limits, or passwords for your shares.
• Opt not to register and use the platform anonymously.
